The balance on the card can be checked through any ATM, at the information desk located in the City Mall, on the website WWW.THECITYMALL.GE or with the mobile application THECITYMALL;

It is possible to deposit money on the card at one time, not less than 50 (fifty) and not more than 5000 (five thousand) GEL;

The card can be used within 12 (twelve) months after placing money on it (card validity period), once or multiple times until the money runs out;

In case of loss of the gift card, card blocking, pin code recovery, money transfer can only be done by the registered user, at the call center (0322555222) / at the information desk of City Mall, upon making the relevant request.
